The primary purpose of the Compensation and Benefits Association of Sacramento is to:
- Provide a centralized forum where current issues, trends, and innovative programs in compensation and benefits can be communicated to the membership;
- Create the opportunity for compensation and benefit professionals to share and exchange views, ideas and information;
- Promote and enhance the local availability of high-quality training and professional development programs through sponsorship of technical speakers, panels and ACA seminars and certification courses;
- Periodically develop and conduct a comprehensive annual wage and salary survey of Sacramento area employers that includes professional, technical and administrative personnel, and
- Provide networking opportunities for compensation and benefits professionals.
